The ZVIZZER Lightning system was specially designed for the inspection of highquality paints. High-quality LEDs and po- wer supplies are used in the lights, through which even the finest irregularities and paint defects are revealed. Lenses specially developed for this purpose focus the light in such a way that even holograms in the paint become visible.

The lights are made of high-quality aluminum. The heat generated during light
production is thus optimally conducted out of the housing. This ensures a long service life with consistent lighting results. After long tests, ZVIZZER has been able to establish the light color 5,000 Kelvin as

optimal for troubleshooting in paints. The light color is maximally neutral, without influencing the evaluation of the paint through unnecessary color additions in the direction of red or blue.

For the easiest and most flexible mounting of the luminaires, the luminaires were developed for the Eutrac mounting rails available worldwide in the 3-phase version. This means that once the rails have been mounted, the lights can then be simply inserted into the rails and the light placed in exactly the right position to allow a wide variety of vehicle types to be examined quickly and individually.
